Our objective is to help our clients make good investment property decisions that create wealth for the long term.
Through partnerships with respected property research firms, we recommend suitable properties to individuals, couples and families looking for an investment to buy.
In addition to recommending specific properties, our advisers also handle all transactions required for purchasing and selling.
Our Philosophy
Strong local knowledge is fundamental. We only operate in markets we truly understand. Unfortunately, we also believe that investment property advice is one of the least regulated areas in Australian financial services. A legislative gap remains which allows the unscrupulous to operate in.
We bring best practice ideals to the property advice sector, and in turn we only recommend properties we would be comfortable buying ourselves.
In each project we select there are only a small number of properties we are happy with. We often use the collective buying power of our clients to negotiate deals that often include discounts to the purchase price, below what the rest of the market is paying.
We believe that research is paramount in successful property investing. There are no shortcuts. You simply have to put the hundreds of hours necessary to:
- meet the developers
- look at the sites
- look at individual properties in each site
- read the research
- knock out the bad ones
- further research the good ones
- stay in touch with what local councils are doing
- stay in touch with how other projects in the area may affect your choices
In our years of experience we’ve found that it most cases there’s a direct (inverse) correlation between the amount of marketing a property project requires and its quality. The lower the quality, the more marketing that is needed!
We undertake extensive research before recommending properties, in order to assure our clients are buying a quality product at a fair price.
